These movers canceled my move without an apology 2 weeks before the date. Cited scheduling conflicts with no recourse or respect for my plans.
Movers broke bolts on my kids' bunk bed and didn't mention it. They tried to hide the damage by placing the bed against the wall.
Overbilled by a lot. They tried to bill me for extra hours and fees, and I had to fight to get the bill reduced. Movers were good, but admin was terrible.
