Negative Thunder Moving Reviews

The movers scratched the refrigerator, broke lamp shades, scratched a headboard, and scuffed a table. Multiple calls seeking reimbursement received no response.
Michael Altshuler, Google
Poor training moving heavy, bulky items in confined areas caused avoidable scuffs and scratches. Management said one truck would suffice, but the customer had to complete the move himself.
Richard Welsh, Google
They lost the screws for the TV feet and said they left them at the apartment, but they were not there. They also added a 3% debit-card fee without warning.
