Recent reviews

When our closing was up in the air, they were very flexible with scheduling. The crew that ended up loading and unloading our things was extremely punctual and professional. Only one cheap (and very easily replaceable) item was broken.

A representative kept in touch with me every step of the way and I was confident things would go as planned and they did. The movers were incredibly professional, on time, packed everything with great care.

Their rates were the best and service was perfect. Alicia and Katherine were very helpful and ensured that I was updated about the process in a timely manner.

Negative Dimon & Bacorn Reviews

Google

So many of my things arrived damaged, and the inventory sheets were so hard to read that it took me a long time to make claims because I couldn't tell which item was which.

Google

Some furniture never arrived. Delivery was two days late, with one man unloading the truck. Furniture removed from a previous landlord's apartment was never returned.

Google

Very poor service. The estimate was for five hours, but the move took 11.5 hours. Furniture was not installed properly, and repeated repair requests were not resolved.

Neutral Dimon & Bacorn Reviews

Google

They did a good job packing, but at delivery they just left everything. My parents expected help with unpacking boxes, so there was miscommunication about what they were paying for.
