Although they had a list, they did not take everything on it. Once Rogers had my payment, their voicemail was a bottomless pit and they did not return calls.
The weight was more than 2,000 pounds over the estimate and drastically changed our bill. Three months later, Rogers sent a final notice and could not provide proof of an earlier bill.
