Negative College Movers & Junk Hauling Reviews
Allie Crider, Google
Price Transparency is not accurate. I was charged basically an extra 100 dollars for expenses I was not informed about and learned of them on the day of service. I will not be booking here again.
Kyle Stidham, Google
They broke several pieces of furniture, forgot items in storage, and double-booked both loading and unloading. The job took much longer than expected, and I still felt significantly overcharged.
Ka So, Google
20 minutes late, backed into a basketball goal, damaged furniture and a wall, and took too long to move a bed and dressers. I was charged over $600 for a 40-minute trip.
Neutral College Movers & Junk Hauling Reviews
Michele “One L”, Google
They were 3 hrs and 15 mins late and never called to let me know. On the plus side, they worked very hard and were polite.
Ashley Baker, Google
They showed up 40 minutes late. It didn’t take long to move the furniture, but nearly all of it was damaged, including a visible chunk ripped from my dresser.
Hannah Conner, Google
The young movers were friendly, but poor truck packing left our refrigerator behind. We had to rent a trailer and have family drive two hours to help.
