We filed a claim for minor damages on 6/21/2016 and it is now 9/23/2016 and we have to keep calling them to try to get some action.

Mr. Irving promised us four men for eight hours ... He told us that he had the right equipment to move the safe. The crew showed up about a half-hour late, worked for four hours, and did not move the safe.

I was told it would take 2 days. By 4 or 5 pm the second day I was told they couldn't finish and would send someone Thursday (2 days later). Boxes were labeled incorrectly.

Bryn S., Yelp
The fees and costs associated with the move were not what I was disappointed in, but the fact that they weren't expressly presented to me in a clear and concise manner, and that I felt like they were surprises.
Megan H., Yelp
They arrived unprepared to handle several of the larger furniture items and by the end of the day left several of our belongings behind, due to the company not sending enough trucks.
