Negative Mercy Movers Reviews
Carissa C., Yelp
The workers were tardy, damaged our floors and belongings, took breaks, stayed on their phones, and put boxes on wrong floors. The lead also acted unprofessionally when we questioned the damage.
Tara H., Yelp
The crew moved slowly, spent time on phones and vaping, and took 5½ hours to load a medium truck. Management offered no resolution, and the move cost $1,450.
Renee C., Yelp
Rude service, poor logistics that made us move carloads ourselves, and property damage remained concerns. The company later called to apologize financially.
Neutral Mercy Movers Reviews
Richard H., Yelp
Eddy, Abo, Rus, and Nur did a fantastic job and carefully fit everything into my rental truck. At the end, they pressured me to increase the tip, which was disappointing.
