Our summary of Your Friends - Moving Services
Strong value, careful crews, and fast help define most customer feedback. The 171 reviews include 163 positive reviews (95.3%), six negative reviews (3.5%), and two neutral reviews (1.2%). Positive input praises affordable rates, flexible scheduling, careful handling, clear communication, and respect for homes and belongings. Customers often compared the company favorably with Two Men and a Truck and other competitors, citing lower prices, quicker scheduling, and more personal service. Negative feedback reports damaged furniture, walls, or a piano, disputed damage claims, missing tools, unanswered calls, and crews that needed repeated direction. The neutral comments cite unexpectedly high prices or no firsthand experience.
