Best local moving company I’ve used. The rates were very competitive, the moving team was professional, fast and careful with my belongings and they even finished ahead of schedule which saved me money. Highly recommend them.
Frenchie, Shanon and Sterling were excellent. They moved our things quickly and were careful not to scuff or scratch a wall or floor. They were conscientious, efficient, and friendly.
Raven Baugh, Google
I had a great experience with Kingsley. The quoted price was significantly cheaper than other companies, and the final cost was nearly half their alternatives. Gary and Caleb were friendly, punctual, fast, and communicative.
Negative Kingsley Moving Systems LLC Reviews
Almost all of my furniture was dented and scratched, and my couch was marked, torn, and stained. The crew did not wrap items as promised, and Kingsley refused to refund the packing service.
Tatiana Green, Google
The movers seemed to drag their feet, then tried to add an over-the-weight fee and charge $20 per shrink-wrapped item instead of the quoted $10. I expected transparency and professionalism, but got neither.
They were four hours late, then increased the price because a third mover arrived, despite an earlier promise that the price would not change. Management never followed up.
Neutral Kingsley Moving Systems LLC Reviews
They missed the two-hour arrival window and never called, but showed up on time the following week, did a good job, and handled my things carefully. I received only a $40 discount after driving four hours to wait.
A scheduling mix-up left the movers several hours late. Once they arrived, they worked conscientiously, apologized, and provided a small discount to address the error.
