Overall waited more than 2 hours for them to show. Ended up canceling over the phone, in which they offered no apologies and were very rude again. Would not recommend."

"booked them beginning of march for an early APRIL move. took a couple extra days for them to show. But they unloaded the uhaul in just under 2 hrs. Tipped quite generously to the 3 young fellows. I called them a few weeks ago for a different move, zero response... Figured its their busiest season ,okay no big. But then i waited and waited called again a week ago still nada. Nothing. Obviously im not a priority. Already called a competitor who's offering the job for half the price.we shall see how it goes... as for now i am done with them."
