The men who packed us were professional and meticulous making sure everything was wrapped properly.

Third, and most disappointing, was the damage to our furnishings: a chip in a painted Demilune; a split post on our very expensive four poster bed.

Our items arrived with damage as heavy items were packed with fragile pieces. We now have broken crystal, plates, glasses, figurines, etc.
I have to say the staff would came to pick up was okay but not very careful with the stuff. And did not wrap and secure them very well.
