Almost every box that had a collectable item in it is damaged, Amish furniture damaged, kitchen stuff damaged, posters damaged. There is so much damage and we haven't been through all the boxes yet.
We are 2 weeks past their guaranteed delivery date and still waiting for critical items because they broke our possessions into 2 separate trucks.

We also noticed that there were many scratches and scuffs on the engineered wood flooring in the kitchen, where no protective covering was laid. We included this in our claim, but were denied this.
It took over 3 weeks to review our claim and confirm if they would pay it out. THAT IS WHAT INSURANCE IS FOR. The customer service/claim rep WOULD NEVER reply to ANY email I sent asking for an update.
