Yelp
Best delivery service ever! Nothing but professionalism from start to finish. The initial movers packed up my apartment in less than 3 hours, they worked really fast and very efficient.
Negative Air 1 Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
Initially they quoted 7 days and that got stretched to 21 days. They only gave us word two days before delivery, and three boxes were missing.
Yelp
We were quoted approximately $7,400, but the movers added $3,000 at pickup and a $1,300 shuttle fee at delivery. Our $7,300 move became an $11,000+ move.

My things arrived 31 days later. The company was not responsive, and my furniture, flat-screen TV, and jewelry box were damaged or missing.
Neutral Air 1 Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
The delivery guys were great although one of my items, my desk, arrived damaged. It has been over two months and I still have not been reimbursed for the desk.
Yelp
They asked for an extra $900, almost 50% more, and the scheduling took three phone calls to clarify. The driver eventually accommodated my schedule.
venkat v, Google
I lost a couple of items during the move including my hoodie and my Durabuilt toolkit. They forgot screws for the bed frame and did not assemble my study table.
