Truckers beware! Got here at 8 am for a 9am appointment. It took until after 1pm just to get backed into the dock. It takes about an hour per truck to unload, and there were 5 trucks already here. Nice people but very slow. Lost my next 2 appointments.
We moved from NC to France. ... They broke things while packing ... Their 'professionals' are hamfisted clowns. ... a hand-carved model was wrapped in packing paper ... It's ruined. I had specifically asked them for a separate box. ... They are untruthful and unprofessional.
