Yelp
Great experience. Nick came out for a 10 minute walkthrough to give me a free quote. The crew worked efficiently and got everything wrapped, loaded, moved, unloaded and reassembled in just over 5 hours. They were careful and friendly.
Negative Excalibur Movers Los Angeles Reviews
Yelp
They gave me a guaranteed bid but called three times during the move to raise the price. Movers stabbed a suede chair with a box knife, broke crystal, marred a wooden side table, and broke ceramics.
Yelp
After weeks of no communication from Excalibur, my family called for an update. They promised callbacks that never came, and different representatives did not know what previous staff had said.
Yelp
There was an accident that occurred, which caused some of my furniture to sustain irreparable damage. The main office promised a claim form that very same day; I have yet to receive it.
Neutral Excalibur Movers Los Angeles Reviews
Yelp
The movers themselves were great, friendly and professional, and my things arrived within the estimated time. Their pricing was unclear, with last-minute increases for boxes and stairs.
Yelp
They did a good quick job, I gave them 3 because they scraped my couch handle from dragging the couch from one place to another.
Yelp
Excalibur was very responsive and provided a competitive quote. They stored our stuff for a month and the move-in delivery was on time and fast, but several boxes of glass and dishes were broken.
