Oscar's is extremely responsive via both email and the phone. They were very patient when we changed our moving date three or four times. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left no dents or dings.
We have used Oscar's at least 5 times in the past. The scheduling process is simple, they show up exactly on time, and the movers are incredibly respectful, efficient and nice.
Negative Oscar's Moving Company Reviews
Many items were broken, including a table, mirror, chair, ripped bed lining, children's toys and dresser handles. My calls and emails were ignored until I reached the owner. They were very unprofessional.
I was charged for the time it took to drive and for 15 rolls of tape, which was not clearly communicated. Randy raised his voice and screamed when I called for clarification.

The final price came in substantially above the quote and higher than competing quotes. Then they smashed one of our TVs and refused to pay for it, agreeing to pay only half.
