Unfortunately, despite the careful packing, everything that could break was broken. Some boxes were lost, and items appeared to have been handled very roughly. Costly damage, very frustrating.
Still waiting on furniture to arrive 10 days after I moved in. The 12 day window is a joke. Paying for an empty apartment is unacceptable.
Since I did not hear from them before the promised delivery window, I called and emailed. Every response was unhelpful, and I never got a clear answer. Still waiting for my furniture.
