They damaged all of our big items. All of my colognes are missing, my broom and dust pan are missing. The broke lampshades and antique men's wardrobes. Thing that can never be replaced. It's clear that our belongings were just tossed around.
Horrible communication and customer service. I spent two days trying to get in touch with the dispatcher and driver with our goods. Estimated arrival time given by the driver was inaccurate and no one called communicate the change.
Rudest employees ever! We will never do business with them. They really should act more professional or at least act like a grown adult. Just absolutely disgusting behavior and disrespect!

Drivers arrived and wasn't aware that they had to put together the furniture at 830. I felt extremely bad for them and having almost a 2 hour drive home. They had everything together quickly. They didn't take the boxes, but it was late so I didn't complain.
