Had them help me move into a new home; they were fast, efficient, and kind. They took great care of my furniture, and everything arrived in the same condition.
Negative Reno Tahoe Movers Reviews
Yelp
Do not use this company. I was charged a fee that was not disclosed upfront. When I complained, staff dismissed my concern and said the owner would call back 'if he felt like it.'
Yelp
Movers relied on my estimate without checking the load. After packing most of the truck, they said a second truck was needed and doubled the price at the last minute. I paid $9,000.
Yelp
I booked a crew weeks ahead, but the reserved crew was no longer available on moving day. They offered another crew hours later and still demanded a two-hour minimum, leaving us to move most items ourselves.
