Negative O'Briens Moving and Storage Inc. Reviews
Yelp
My movers scratched, chipped, or dented my bed frame, dresser, kitchen table, and office furniture. They also broke several dishes and small kitchen appliances. Nothing was wrapped prior to transport despite the movers promising to do so.
Yelp
The mover did not follow process of checking each box with us. A box is missing and customer service for follow up has been horrible. I still do not have my missing box.
Workers made jokes about how much we spent on this and laughed it off. Most of them stated how much they didn't want to do the job.
Neutral O'Briens Moving and Storage Inc. Reviews
Yelp
We were very happy with the pricing and they were accommodating with our tight move times. The movers ran late, but everyone was polite and nothing was stolen or broken.
Yelp
Movers were professional and did a good job packing everything. Nothing fragile was broken in the move. They dented and broke our washing machine; it leaks now and has a big dent.
Yelp
The move was definitely better than trying to do it myself. The movers were prompt on both move out and move in days. Items came out of storage nicked or broken, but there was no major damage.
