"Very disappointed with their customer service. I paid for top tier coverage and when items were broken and damaged they wouldn’t pay since I packed items myself. I was never informed that I had to pay for them to pack my items for the coverage to pay."
"RUDE, ARROGANT AND DISINGENUOUS... crew were rude and arrogant and obviously not considerate... claims are made through a third party and Saunier has nothing to do with this... Bottomline, they're very nice when they come to your house for first visit, but you never know what to expect thereafter."
