I have used Thrifty for multiple moves over the years. They have always been Professional, Courteous and Efficient. They get the job done on time and as promised every time.
Negative Thrifty Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
They did not wrap/protect ANY of the furniture, resulting in multiple damages for a short distance move. Most upsetting was the office desk that they broke and the Ethan Allen bed frames that they disassembled/assembled carelessly.
Laetitia M. Wisizza, Google
A no call-no show moving company that is unapologetic about not even showing up, poorly documenting actual moving date, emailing conflicting moving dates, and not responding to 3 emails and 3 phone calls.
Yelp
These 3 movers were rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. They broke my coffee table, which I've owned for only 2 months, and stated they couldn't confirm it wasn't broken before moving it.
Neutral Thrifty Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
Nothing was broken. The guys showed up on time. After sharing my concerns with the owner, I am confident that he has worked with his employees to smooth out the rough edges.
