Evan and Alex were incredible—not only were they fast and efficient, but they also made the whole experience enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. They handled my belongings with care, and communicated clearly.
Yelp
The team was on time and wasted no time getting started. They were responsible in handling our household goods and made sure all the furniture was properly wrapped and cared for.
Sergei and Alex worked fast and were very careful with all of my things, wrapping them up so they were secure. I appreciated the transparency in the costs and there were zero surprises.
Negative U-Move LLC Reviews
Yelp
Movers were 3 hours late, then refused to unload the truck until we paid them. Then they tacked on a 2 hour travel fee. I felt extorted and would not recommend or use them again.
Yelp
I went to empty my storage unit just three weeks later and found my furniture scratched, my bed no longer working, and several broken dishes.
Yelp
They ended up charging me $900 for 7.5 hours. I don't find it very professional to give a quote then have your movers move slow so they can stretch the time and tack on an extra $300 without warning.
Neutral U-Move LLC Reviews
Yelp
After arriving 45 minutes late, the movers worked slowly, spent time on their phones, and argued about the job. They also lost the bolts to my mother’s bed, though nothing was broken.
Yelp
U-Move was budget friendly and management responded quickly, but the move was inefficient, undermanned, and caused scrapes on furniture because of poor wrapping.
Yelp
The truck was too small, leaving some items behind and turning a one-day move into four days. The young crew was courteous and efficient, but planning was poor and a coffee table leg was damaged.
