Yelp
Worked with this company to move with short notice and they were 100% accommodating, polite and professional. Not one item was damaged or even scratched!
MuraWay was an absolute stress free experience. Zarko went above and beyond in communicating effectively with all the details of my move. Vital and Leo were fast, professional, and handled my belongings with care.
Negative Muraway Moving Reviews
At delivery, only one mover showed up, so we had to help unload and reassemble furniture. One box delivered was not ours, and the company offered only $150.
Coffee table missing two glass pieces, one dresser leg broken, leather couch scratched, and bed-frame screws missing. The manager did not resolve the issues.
Yelp
Every time we paid, the estimate increased. The original estimate was $11,000, then rose to $24,000, and another company added $6,000.
Neutral Muraway Moving Reviews
Poor communication about arrival time; the driver was alone and unaware he had to pack and move a piano. Nineteen days past the delivery date, there was still no delivery.
Yelp
The movers arrived three hours late without updates. They moved quickly once they arrived, but the delay caused coordination problems and extra traffic-related costs.
Yelp
The movers were late and gave no warning, but once they arrived they were friendly, professional, fast, and careful.
