Negative Terry Moving and Storage Inc. Reviews
Yelp
The owner changed the quote three times. I thought it was a flat-rate, not-to-exceed price, but after the move he charged an extra $500.
Yelp
When they unpacked our things, five pieces were broken, four lampshades were damaged, and a cushion from a pair of couches was missing.

I asked them to move because they were blocking the alley. I was rudely told, 'turn around lady, I'm packing a truck,' and they refused to move.
Neutral Terry Moving and Storage Inc. Reviews
Yelp
Move out had a great crew and team lead, but a different move-in team lead was disrespectful, sarcastic, and verbally sparred with the crew. The owner later contacted me to address my concerns.
Yelp
Terry accepted a $750 deposit, later could not perform the move, and eventually refunded it after acknowledging responsibility.
Yelp
Terry Moving was too busy and unable to do a long-distance move within my needed time frame. All movers are busy during summer, so plan in advance.
