Our summary of College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving
Standout praise dominates this feedback. Out of 202 reviews, 199 are positive, which equals 98.5% positive input. Customers repeatedly praise professional and polite staff, efficient service, quick moves, strong communication, and careful handling of furniture and fragile items. Many people also mention easy scheduling, on-time arrival, fair or reasonable pricing, and crews that work hard without wasting time. Several reviewers say this team made moving easier than other companies they had used before, and some became repeat customers because service stayed consistent. Negative feedback is rare and centers on high costs, one complaint about rude or unprofessional behavior from a manager, and one report of broken dishes during a move. The volume of strong praise and repeat business sets this location apart from many moving companies that struggle with reliability and communication.
