The people at Secure Moving itself are nice hard working people. The agent for Stevens Van Lines who they report to is the worst human being I have ever dealt with in business. He has no customer service skills and is rude and most unaccommodating to his customers. Lots of damage to our furniture And lost items and he could care less.

This business has great storage units that are well maintained. I have been a customer for over 2 years. My family & I have used them for moving and could not have been more pleased. I was recently treated very rudely by one of their personnel because I expressed a concern regarding an unauthorized charge that was made to my card by the company.

Would be very careful about using this company. They are extremely expensive and do a very unfinished job. You will be disappointed like I am right now. I’ve got to hire guys to come back and finish their job. They gave me a range of what they were going to charge me said it would be on the lower end due to all the work we did ourselves ahead of time but they charged $700 more than the upper end of the range and charged my credit card without my approval. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.

The initial dealing were great, we had them pack snd store everything while we waited for our new home to be ready. On the backend though I called them 4 weeks prior to move in and they said they’d put it on the schedule. When it was getting closer to time I thought I should call and when I did they said I never called and they didn’t have the time. I will say they connected us with a different moving company and we got our stuff but that team was s “C” team at best. Lesson learned get everything in writing.
