Our fridge and our washer/dryer, as well as our floors at the new place and front door at the old place were damaged. The movers took twice as long as was estimated and left without completing the job.
Briana M., Yelp
They no showed me after taking our deposit, they texted saying they would be here, and no one was answering their phone.
Debra G., Yelp
I was shocked to be charged $850 for a one-bedroom move of less than three miles. The projected time was 2.75 hours, yet it took 4.75 hours, and I was overcharged by at least 30 minutes.
