Schedule a moving appointment 1 week in advance and gave them a deposit. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They wouldn't return any of my phone calls and they still have my deposit. The most STRESSFUL MOVE GUARANTEE.

While they were on time and friendly, I was charged $350 for a mattress and box spring, which took at most ten minutes. Should have been more transparency with the pricing.
