Our summary of Packmasters Moving and Storage LLC
Careful crews and flexible service win praise, but timing and quote problems damage trust. The 16 reviews include 12 positive responses (75%), four negative responses (25%), and no neutral three-star reviews. Customers praise affordable rates, flexibility for short-notice moves, quick responses, good communication, and careful handling. Feedback also cites efficient crews, friendly service, fair quotes, repeat bookings, and referrals. Compared with another mover named in the feedback, Packmasters earned praise for stepping in after repeated schedule changes. Negative feedback centers on delayed arrival or delivery, inaccurate estimates, and misplaced or lost items. Reports include a confirmed appointment that ran hours late, a $500 moving-day increase, and missing family heirlooms. Clear pricing, dependable scheduling, and stronger item controls would help protect the company’s advantage over less responsive movers.
