Negative Alex Moving and Storage Reviews
They left my belongings in the rain, causing damage to furniture, antique books, and chandeliers. They also lost many boxes and pieces of furniture.
An appointment was scheduled, but no one showed. The office said I had not confirmed it, although no call, voicemail, or text had been received.
Several items were lost, and I received an expensive glass tabletop that was not mine. I called several times but never received a response.
Neutral Alex Moving and Storage Reviews
Yelp
The move went poorly: the driver was nine hours late, spoke limited English, and boxes went missing. Richard later went above and beyond trying to locate the boxes.
Alex is okay, but communication failed during our California-to-Florida move. The driver handled missing items professionally, while furniture was not fully reassembled and promised damage-report instructions never arrived.
Friendly staff, but construction was being worked on the last time I moved items there.
