Negative Grace Moving Company Reviews
Yelp
They lost some items and after I tried calling several times to get my belongings back, they are not calling me back.
Yelp
Many of my good-quality furniture was scratched, damaged and just plain missing upon final delivery. I would not recommend this company if you have high-end furnishings and value your property.
Yelp
It's been a week and a half and I still don't have my belongings. I've called a dozen times, many calls ignored.
Neutral Grace Moving Company Reviews
Yelp
Some belongings were not labeled, some items were not protected, and my fridge and gaming PC were damaged. David was especially careful, and Sally accommodated a payment issue.
Most of the movers did a good job, one mover was careless. They promised to pick up the empty boxes, but after several calls and emails, there was no answer.
Yelp
The movers arrived early and finished in four hours, but I wanted more professionalism and care from one staff member.
