They carefully disassembled and wrapped all of our furniture. Labeled and inventoried everything. Then whisked it away to their climate controlled storage...
Michael Bloch, Google
They worked around our schedule to make the move happen. They were very careful in handling our items and also moved our stuff from storage.
Negative All Reasons Moving & Storage Reviews
Kathryn Wray, Google
They did not wrap several pieces of furniture in blankets, bubble wrap, or plastic wrap, and those pieces were badly damaged.
Yelp
The guys were rude, including the team leader. They were not very careful with my stuff...
Yelp
I was disappointed to see multiple dings and scrapes in my wood furniture. No one could explain the insurance policy included with the move.
Neutral All Reasons Moving & Storage Reviews
Jodi E, Google
The people at this location are very nice and very efficient. For what I needed it was sort of expensive. I did not need moving help at all, so I can’t judge on that.
Yelp
Day 1: Only 2 packers + 1 truck arrive in the am. As a result, it took much longer than expected. On delivery, the movers broke the flat screen television and a tree, but did not mention either.
Yelp
The customer service and communication were great, but the move took 5.5 hours and cost nearly $1,000. Several furniture pieces had dings, a couch was ripped, and a lamp broke.
