Yelp
Juan and his team used lots of plastic wraps and thick blankets to protect furniture, including a large TV and tall plant. They disassembled and reassembled our bed frame without damage.
Negative Lunardi Moving Reviews
Yelp
The microwave was broken during the moving process, and the service took six hours instead of the estimated two to three, requiring more than $1,200. The workers were polite and easy to cooperate with.
Yelp
They damaged several pieces of furniture, stripped screws from a crib, and tried to ask me to pay more after the contract was already signed. Very unprofessional.
Yelp
Not good packing of ABF: items were thrown in one container. I am very disappointed. There was some breakage, and some items were scratched.
Neutral Lunardi Moving Reviews
Yelp
They did a very good job. Furniture was wrapped carefully, moved quickly, and set up in good shape. My only complaint was a nick in one nightstand.
Yelp
Then they added a fuel fee, an hour extra for commute time, an extra 80 for each appliance, and didn't subtract time spent having lunch.
Yelp
The crew worked very hard and stayed focused to the end. The crew was not large enough for the heavy move, and they left a gouge in the front door and a long, deep scratch in the floor.
