Total work time: 5hrs 50min. Charged for 8 hrs 45min. Bottom line-over charged over $400 due to hidden fees, paying for non-work time, etc.
Every other piece of furniture in the entire house was damaged. Stemware broken. Items were lost. Took forever to get reimbursed for repairs and lost items.

Now is where it all goes wrong. I was presented with a final invoice over the not to exceed bid. Cheri did work with me to correct the bid, and it was within reason.
The job was done fairly well, but they were not so good that I would recommend them. They charged us for a lengthy lunch break, and the whole experience left a negative impression.
