Moving with Mammoth was a pleasure. Walter, the estimator, was very flexible with my crazy schedule. Emails from the office were timely, accurate, and helpful.
Yelp
Each time on the day prior to the move, the owner Sean, made a personal call to me to confirm time and if I had any special requests.
Negative Mammoth Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
I witnessed extremely unsafe driving practices by two of their vans in Goleta. They cut off a semi, then drove practically bumper to bumper. This seemed very unprofessional and raised concerns about the safety of belongings.
They were supposed to pack and ship my stuff when my university was suddenly closed in March. They never shipped my stuff. I have no idea what happened to it. Do not recommend.
Yelp
We were given a receipt with charges amounting to $100 more than quoted. They said they had 'behind the scenes' charges that we didn't witness.
Neutral Mammoth Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
We were fine with Mammoth and Sean during the planning process. The packers and movers were all fine. Problems began after delivery: the refrigerator freezer door was badly damaged, and reimbursement covered only a fraction of repairs.
