Negative Movegreen Reviews
Spencer Shulem, Google
Moved our stuff to Santa Barbara despite us explicitly asking for Oxnard. It got flooded, and we lost nearly everything. Our clothes molded, and hard drives and laptops were destroyed.
Yelp
The truck they sent was too small, even after a video walkthrough, so we needed a second trip. They damaged over $1,000 in items, and the settlement did not cover repair or replacement costs.
Yelp
I had already received two quotes for a move from Ventura to Indio: $1,575 and $1,650. Movegreen quoted $2,770, a difference of more than $1,000.
Neutral Movegreen Reviews
Yelp
The movers were on time and did a good job. The office was not responsive about charges, and I was told there would be no extra drive-time fee before being billed for one.
