Jim's consistent follow up and ongoing communication enabled me to feel confident in the move and how it was handled in my absence.
The second time I used them I unexpectedly had to change my move date. Kae was very accommodating and was able to find me a new date that worked with my schedule easily.

On top of that we were hit with a bill that was almost double the original estimate.
When I questioned the estimator about accuracy via the number he freely provided my boyfriend during the in-home visit, I was spoken to unprofessionally in a very rude manner, then hung up on.
The crew were extremely rude and spiteful. They didn't move the truck; we had to swing around and park diagonally so I could get out.
