Only do business with this company after carefully reading the contract. Don’t let them rush you into signing anything. Coleen was the only helpful and professional person I dealt with.
Move other than the bookcase issue was smooth, but the lack of follow-up cost me an additional $200 to get the bookcase shifted by someone else.
I dropped a one-star review partly because it felt like there was no other way to contact this company. The owner ignored my email and addressed the issue six months later.
