Friendly, thorough & considerate. Great communication & the coolest moving trucks I’ve seen. I can’t stress how thoughtful these folks were in both the preparation & execution of the move, and then, after the move, checking in.
Negative A Move to Remember LLC Reviews
Isabelle Egeling, Google
Our move was delayed six hours because the assigned crew left to assist another job. Updates repeatedly said they were almost done, and the claims department never responded to follow-ups.
Lauren Holley, Google
The movers arrived at 6 PM for a 2:30 start. Communication was limited, furniture was damaged, and the company had not responded to my claim.
Matt Grande, Google
Movers placed drinks on furniture, dragged items across new flooring, and dented woodwork. The final bill was $500 above the estimate, and management ignored my messages.
