Absolutely hectic experience. The lack of communication among staff was unbelievable. My original estimate of $437 skyrocketed to $1,390 in one day. My bike was damaged so badly during the move that I can’t even ride it anymore.
Kimberly Walker, Google
Movers lefted some of my furniture and left my refrigerator out in the alley.
Movers were more than 30 minutes late but very courteous and efficient when they arrived. The person in the call center I spoke to when I called to see where they were was extremely rude and hung up on me.
