They broke our 55 inch TV and said they would pay us by weight—only $9 for our over-$700 TV.
Kimberly Warren, Google
Quoted me $1267 then after loading the truck said $2000. That's extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. They were told all items and we paid for 5 hours, they took 5 hours and yet wanted more.
Sriya Gangavarapu, Google
We are still waiting for our things... we got them picked up July 3 and it’s now July 22nd and we still have no idea when they're gonna even leave Illinois.
Neutral Advanced Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Robert Kukla, Google
All the workers and staff were great to work with. They met budget numbers very closely. I had to hire a U-Haul the next day to transport things they left behind.
Norb Koeppler, Google
Only after posting a not so stellar review did I start receiving calls. They offered a small reimbursement only if I changed my review to five stars.
Chloe Tarnowski, Google
I've never used movers before, so I'm lucky the first time I did they moved quickly. As I was unpacking, I found many of my things chipped, cracked or dented, and items left behind.
