Negative Bellhop Movers Chicago Reviews
Christina Miroi, Google
They scratched the furniture and literally chipped it to the point wood was coming off, dented new furniture, and even damaged the frames of paintings.
Ms. Muhammad, Google
Added charges after move without any sort of communication about charges, just took money from my credit card. Damage to a $100 item, filed a report with them and no response afterwards.
Brendan Callaghan, Google
The truck and one of the movers showed up 15 minutes late with a broken ramp, no dolly, and no plastic wrap. Without the right materials, they broke a drawer off my entertainment unit.

Keith (and team) could not have been more helpful and kind. Unfortunately, now that I’ve unpacked, a couple things were broken and lost.
Funmi Obisesan, Google
The team in Chicago was very professional and efficient. Bellhop was incredibly difficult to reach and ultimately left us stranded.
Montaya Jones, Google
The men were very efficient movers, no broken furniture, clearly knew what they were doing. Bellhop uses AI to answer their phones, and there is no way to immediately escalate to a human.
