Fast, friendly service and items arrived in PERFECT condition. Mary (office) and Oscar (delivery driver) were both a joy to deal with. I was concerned there would be additional charges upon arrival, but they stuck to the price quoted.

MicroShip was very responsive to all of my inquiries and 100% followed thru on what they said the process would be. I felt comfortable with our valuable furniture in their hands. Delivery was earlier than expected.

This delivery company cancelled my move less than 24 hours before the day we agreed to. We had an awful experience speaking with members of Microships team. They were extremely unprofessional about the cancellation.
Microship delivered our household items from Chicago to Denver five weeks late; many were broken or missing. Customer service was nonexistent and they were unapologetic for the distress and inconvenience.

When the furniture finally arrived, 7 weeks after pickup, the hardware connecting the table leaves was missing, and one of the $500 chairs had a broken back support.

While the actual pick-up/delivery men were skilled and appropriately careful as well as respectful, we were disappointed with the pricing. We were led to believe an add-on piece of furniture would be far less than it turned out to be.
While they were prompt and punctual in picking up my late mother's belongings in July 2024, it is now January 2025, and I have yet to receive any shipment or even an estimated delivery date.
