Jay and his team were incredible. Very flexible and communicative. We had an issue with Brown Elephant giving us the wrong piece of furniture, and he worked with us to get it sorted.
Negative Smoove Moves LLC Reviews
Brandon Ballard, Google
Workers were pleasant, quick, and efficient, but my television screen was broken. The owner promised a replacement, yet provided older, smaller TVs and did not resolve my insurance-claim requests.
diamante mckay, Google
30% of my items were broken or damaged, including my 65-inch smart TV. The estimate was inaccurate, and I paid an extra $600 for damaged property.
Tyler M, Google
I was quoted a rate that changed by $50 when movers picked up the piece. One small tear appeared after the move, though the movers were nice and completed the job.
