Disappointing experience. The movers were very nice when they were at my house but I didn’t notice until later that there was significant damage to my hardwood steps and large paint scuffs from the movers.

Movers arrived three hours late, did not bring tools, and could not complete the move in one day. The bed was reassembled improperly, and the company did not respond to my complaint.

Only 15 pieces of furniture took six hours. The movers did not put either bed back together correctly, causing one to break. The company made no effort to fix the problem.
