Negative John Mitchell Moving/Two Guys & A Truck Reviews
Sagar Wagle, Google
We were told two movers at $150/hour with truck and gas included. Three arrived, and we were charged $227/hour plus $120 for truck and gas and a $20 card fee. The crew handled items carefully, but the cost felt misleading.
Andra Walker, Google
They showed up with a small truck, left half my house behind, and failed to return calls. They also damaged furniture, lost hardware, and offered no resolution.
Elaine Talarico, Google
After my move, I found a bulletin board with irreplaceable family pictures missing. I contacted the company three times, but received no response.
Neutral John Mitchell Moving/Two Guys & A Truck Reviews
Austin Finecy, Google
Updated review as I was partially reimbursed, which got me closer to my estimated cost. Up-front communication around changes in the number of movers and trucks would have been nice to avoid additional charges.
KIMBERLIE CROSS, Google
I did not get far enough to judge the service. When I asked for an estimate for a Sunday move, the response was unfriendly, so I chose another company.
