Punctual and efficient. The workers were very accommodating and flexible in managing our move to two locations plus allowing for items set aside for an estate auction.
Negative Isaac's Moving and Storage Inc Reviews
Melanie Scott, Google
Received all of my stuff damaged and they won’t compensate for it. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
Paula Ferreira, Google
The shipment took months to arrive, and many items were broken. They never responded to emails and photos, while customs fees exceeded the estimate by more than three times.
Rmaah, Google
Multiple broken things, missing furniture, and a broken TV. I emailed and called over five times about claims with no response. Poor communication made the move more stressful than doing it myself.
Neutral Isaac's Moving and Storage Inc Reviews
Abdullah Almaatouq, Google
The initial move into storage was relatively smooth, but the later move involved unexpected charges, mishandled items, and unresponsiveness. Isaac’s eventually refunded two hours.
Valéria Rigueira, Google
Members of the staff could have been more careful: there were holes in the sofa, an expensive painting was poorly packed, and a desk shelf was torn out. Insurance reimbursed me partially.
Yelp
Isaacs rates were less expensive than many reputable movers. My first move was careful and efficient, but the second team worked slowly and packed items poorly. The owner later supervised the move.
