Negative Humboldt Storage & Moving Reviews
Our shipment was over a month late and we have yet to receive compensation for the delay. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for movers.
Boxes crushed, bicycles thrown on top, and furniture directly strapped to the sides of the truck with no padding. Every furniture item was damaged.
Our belongings arrived in two deliveries, 34 days after the move began. There was significant damage, and communication about the claim was terrible.
Neutral Humboldt Storage & Moving Reviews
Yelp
They were very customer friendly and the people that came to move us were great. We were moving cross country and they were not able to deliver our things by the date quoted.
Yelp
They don't keep to their promised delivery dates and compensate only $100 per day for late days. Packers and movers were punctual, but third-party companies were not.
Customer service is ok. That's all.
