Many broken items. Scrapes and dinged furniture. It took them 2 days longer to pack my house than I was told in writing, and increased my final bill by 2k upon delivery.
They did not protect my carpet, and several boxes and pieces of furniture were damaged. A sofa table was shattered, and I had to follow up about the unresolved claim.
We called repeatedly for an estimate and were told the salesman would call back, but no one did. We were also told there were no records of our first call.
